The travel agents role has evolved greatly over the past 10 years or so & we pride ourselves on always being able to stay ahead of any changes, whilst always maintaining the same passion for customer service & keeping close ties with our preferred partners and seeking new business relationships that can work for our clients. 2019 was our best year ever here at Crown Travel with many new clients using us for the first time. 70% of new business comes through recommendations & referrals and we’ve grown our team to keep up with the increased demand we’re seeing.
